Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped from the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days from invoice date. Most orders arrive to the customer within 7 to 10 business days from the ship date. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Some specialty order items may require longer lead-time depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.
We ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.
Some of our orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. These orders may arrive at different times.
Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized or overweight and need special handling. In these instances, our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee equal to your shipping charge.

Cancelled and Refused Orders
All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% order cancellation fee if cancelled within the first 2 hours of order placement. All cancelled orders after 2 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All refused orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee and deduction of the cost of shipping to and back from the customer.
